At JQM we provide superior goods and a large, extremely varied selection. We have seasonings from four different lines, which includes professional grade spices, rubs, and marinades. We offer Texas raised, local meat as well as Wagyu beef from central Texas. We can also provide Gulf-caught seafood such as shrimp and blue crab. We have fresh meat and fish, smoked sausages and bacon, crawfish, and more! You will find anything from pigs’ feet to prime rib here!
We go above and beyond, hand cutting our meat fresh daily. It is important for you to know that we have never made less than a 99 on a health inspection. You can rest assured that our wide selection of products are fresh and clean. Our display cases are deep cleaned every week. The meats you see in our cases have been put out the day you come in, though we will freezer wrap and package orders at no additional charge.
We also offer deer processing! If you field dress, quarter, and place your deer in an ice chest for us to process, then we will cut, grind and freezer wrap it for you with basic processing. For additional costs, we can smoke your deer or turn it into pan sausage, summer sausage, and even jerky.

Next hunting season Get Your Deer Processed Correctly! Don't rely on just anyone to process your dear! Drop off your White-tail for professional Deer Processing at JQM. You'll want to field dress, quarter, and place your deer in an ice chest for us to process. We'll cut, grind and freezer wrap it for you with basic processing. For additional costs we can even turn your deer meat into Smoked, Pan, or Summer Sausage or even Jerky!
